1. Acceptance

By using Printesh, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Orders & Pricing

• —Prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and include sales tax
• —Orders are confirmed after payment completion or receipt upload
• —We reserve the right to decline any order if out of stock or for other reasons
• —Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location

3. Printing & Designs

• —You are legally responsible for uploaded designs and must own usage rights
• —We do not accept designs with offensive content or violating Jordanian law
• —Actual print colors may slightly differ from screen due to display variations
• —Custom designs are reviewed before production

4. Delivery

• —We target delivery within 24 hours in Amman (working days)
• —Other governorates may take 2-4 days
• —Large or custom orders may require additional production time

5. Returns & Exchanges

• —Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt in case of manufacturing defects
• —Custom products (client designs) are non-returnable unless our error
• —Clear photos of the product must be included with return requests
• —Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless our fault

6. Payment

• —We accept: Electronic payment (Tap), CliQ, bank transfer, and COD (eligible orders)
• —If electronic payment is declined, the order is automatically cancelled
• —Shipping only begins after payment confirmation

7. B2B & Reseller Programs

• —Membership is subject to review and approval by Printesh team
• —Discounts apply based on order volume and membership tier
• —We reserve the right to terminate membership for terms violations

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
